A Remarkable Himalayan Journey with Four Climbers | October 2026

Peak15 Adventure successfully organized a 16-day Mera Peak expedition in October 2026, bringing together four climbers from Israel: 'Roey Parush' , 'Tomer Yehuda Bassan' , 'Patrick Ronen' and 'Vladimir Levin'. The expedition offered an unforgettable Himalayan experience filled with challenging trails, high-altitude preparation and remarkable mountain achievements.

The Journey to Mera Peak

The adventure began in Kathmandu, followed by a scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Mera Peak region. The team continued through Chutanga, Thuli Kharka, Kothe and Thangnak before reaching Khare (5,045 m), where they completed acclimatization and climbing preparations. Surrounded by spectacular Himalayan landscapes, the climbers prepared for the challenging ascent ahead.

Summit Achievement – 6,476 m

The expedition was supported by Senior Support Climber Phurenje Sherpa (Reg. No. 11069) and Support Climber Prashant Tamang, who provided climbing assistance and mountain guidance throughout the journey.

After reaching Mera Peak Base Camp, Patrick Ronen and Vladimir Levin decided not to continue towards the higher camps and safely returned. Meanwhile, Roey Parush and Tomer Yehuda Bassan continued their ascent with the Sherpa climbing team and successfully reached the summit of Mera Peak (6,476 m).
