01: Company Responsibility
The company is fully responsible to follow up on the above-mentioned service includes, as well as service, exclude list i.e., provided to our clients.
The company is responsible to make an introduction between Member and Sherpa, guide other Nepali staff.
The company is fully responsible to make proper management of the whole expedition and also to provide a qualitative service to members and staff according to the Service list.
If any emergency problem happens to our clients and staff, we will be fully on standby to bring up a good solution to its problem as per the requirements.
02: Clients Responsibility
We suggest clients to focus on safety, security and training – the company will not be responsible if anything unpredictable accident happens due to the self-carelessness of the clients
The trekking member is compulsion to do the rescue evacuation insurance in order to evacuate if it is urgently needed. In the absence of insurance cover, the evacuated cost must be paid by the client himself.
Service includes will strictly be followed in case if clients need extra services – Extra cost will be added.

* Note: If the clients make the payment through bank transfer, then bank transfer charge has to be borne by the clients.

04: Payment Method
30 % as a booking advance payment has to be transferred as confirmation.
40 % payment has to be made 50 days before the trip started.
30% cash payment can be made upon arrival in Kathmandu or before trip departure
05: Cancellation Policy
If the trip is made canceled before 30 days, then 50% of the full payment will be refunded whereas 50% will be deducted.
If the expedition is made canceled before 15 days of the expedition begin then 20% of the full payment will be refunded whereas 80% will be deducted.
No refund is made after the departure of the expedition – and if any natural calamities or disaster will occur or a member’s personal health problem takes place after the expedition start the same condition will be applied.
