Extra Nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu, due to early arrival or late departure from Trekking for any causes) then scheduled itinerary.

Personal expenses like Telephone calls, internet, toiletries, battery recharges, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beers or any other alcoholic beverages (during the trekking or in Kathmandu). Soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta will be provided at basecamp.

Costs from delays due to weather or itinerary changes.

Travel, medical and emergency high altitude helicopter rescue insurance (Minimum coverage US $100,000). This is mandatory for all the participants
