  • Pick up & drop off services for both international & domestic flights as per the itinerary.
  • 05 nights hotel 4-star category in Kathmandu on BB Plan with single supplementary.
  • One welcome & Farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant in Kathmandu.
  • Both -way domestic flights from Kathmandu- Lukla -Kathmandu with guide.(Helicopter flights are optional to be paid additional US$ 500 per person on sharing basis)
  • If you have additional goods for expeditions then assistance for cargo clearance in Nepal’s customs. (Clearance cost is subject to charge)
  • Land and air domestic transportation and cargo for our overall expedition crew and goods.
  • All necessary climbing permit for Mt. Everest (8848.86m) & lhotse (8,516m) expedition.
  • Khumbu Icefall fees to the SPCC-Sagarmatha Pollution control Committee
  • Summit route fixing charge for Mt. Everest & Lhotse.
  • Garbage management and disposal fees.
  • One official government liaison officer.
  • Staff’s High altitude, medical and helicopter rescue insurance for involved Nepalese Staff.
  • Maximum 75 kgs per member as a personal baggage.
  • Necessary porters up to the base camp and return from the base camp.
  • Experienced base camp Sirdar, cook and kitchen helpers.
  • Freshly cooked meals (BLD) at base camp: Continental, Nepali, Chinese and Indian food with hot drinks, tea & coffee will be served.
  • Fresh green vegetables, fresh meat, fresh fruits, juice and drinks will be served at base camp.
  • Individual member tent, thick mattress and pillow at base camp.
  • Common equipment at base camp: Dinning tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, shower tent, tables and chairs, heater etc.
  • Heater at Dinning camp in group sharing basis.
  • Generator and solar system for charging electronic devices at base camp.
  • High Camp Services: Member sleeping tent (2 members: 1 tent), shovel, extra ropes, EPI gas, gas burner (MSR Rector) and coffle set.
  • High food like muesli, porridge, oats, noodles, plane rice, soup items, green tea, milk, coffee, dry fruits, chocolate bar etc
  • Satellite phone is available for emergency use.
  • Walkie-Talkie set for communication during the entire expedition
  • Weather forecast during the entire expedition.
  • 01 veteran and highly experienced climbing guide. (01 Member: 01 Climbing Sherpa guide)
  • Oxygen for Everest : Summit brand 05 bottles of oxygen cylinder (4 Liters) of each member and 03 bottles of oxygen for each climbing guide.
  • Oxygen for Lhotse : Summit brand 03 bottles of oxygen cylinder (4 Liters) of each member and 01 bottles of oxygen for each climbing guide.
  • Summit mask and regulator set for each member and climbing guide.
  • Backup climbing guide and helicopter on standby in case of an emergency rescue (upon call made)
  • Sufficient backup oxygen bottles and mask regulator set (Chargeable as per use).
  • First aid medical kit
  • Peak15adventure’s duffle bag and outdoor cap (if required)
  • Nepal government taxes and company service charge.
  • Training at base camp will be given by certified IFMGA/EXPED LEADER before climbing higher camps or acclimatization.
  • An expedition managed and coordinated by IFMGA Tendi Sherpa at basecamp and high camps for safety and successful execution of an expeditions.
  • Certificate: Mount Everest & Lhotse summit certificate will be provided by Nepal Government after the successful ascent of the peak (Note: Photos & videos of summit must be provided for final verification).

What’s Excluded

  • International flights to/from Kathmandu.
  • Nepal entry visa fee (to be applied for 90 days).
  • Drone and special filming permit.
  • Lunch and dinner during stay in Kathmandu (Except welcome & Farewell dinner).
  • Extra Nights’ accommodation in Kathmandu, due to early arrival or late departure from Trekking for any causes) then scheduled itinerary.
  • Costs from delays due to weather or itinerary changes.
  • Personal expenses like Telephone calls, internet, toiletries, battery recharges, hot shower, laundry, soft drinks, beers or any other alcoholic beverages (during the trekking or in Kathmandu). Soft drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta will be provided at basecamp.
  • Travel, medical and emergency high altitude helicopter rescue insurance (Minimum coverage US $50,000). This is mandatory for all the participants.
  • Summit bonus for Mt. Everest US $2,000/- & Mt. Lhotse US$ 1600/- per climbing guide and US $400 for cook and kitchen helpers in cash & tips to trekking guide US$ 200.
  • Regular or emergency Helicopter flights with additional costs
  • All the extra expense of accommodation/flights for rest day at lower camp or in Kathmandu are chargeable
  • Any other services which are not mentioned in the service includes.
